Admission Process for Indian Students: Step-by-Step
Choose Your Course & University
Research programmes aligned with your academic background and career goals.
Check Entry Requirements
Confirm academic scores (e.g., 60%+ in bachelor’s for master’s), English proficiency (IELTS 6.0–7.5 or equivalent), and any subject prerequisites.
Submit Application
Apply via UCAS (undergraduate) or directly to the university (postgraduate). Include transcripts, IELTS score, SOP, and LORs.
Receive Offer & Accept
You may get an unconditional or conditional offer. Pay a deposit to confirm your place.
Receive CAS
After accepting, the university issues a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) for your visa application.
This process typically takes 4–8 weeks. Start at least 12 months before your intended intake to allow time for applications, funding, and visa preparation. Scholarship deadlines often precede course applications, so explore options early.
